Pak SIM Data 2026: the honest guide — what’s real, what’s fake, and how to check yours for free.

Searching “pak sim data”? You are one of roughly 71,000 Pakistanis doing the same this month. The uncomfortable truth: there is no public “Pak SIM Data” database — the phrase itself is a search-engine artefact. What exists is PTA’s classified SVMS registry, a legal self-check window, and hundreds of fake “Pak SIM Data” sites racing to steal your CNIC. This guide separates the real from the fake, and shows you every free official method that actually works — updated 15 August 2026.

What is Pak SIM Data — and how do I check mine?

  • Pak SIM Data is the informal Pakistani search term for what PTA officially calls SVMS — the Subscriber Verification Management System that stores every biometrically registered SIM against its owner’s CNIC.
  • To check your own Pak SIM Data: SMS your 13-digit CNIC to 668 (~Rs. 2), or open the free cnic.sims.pk portal.
  • To check the SIM in your hand: use our free SIM Owner Details Checker or send MNP to 667.
  • You cannot check anyone else’s SIM data. That is a crime under PECA 2016 — up to 3 years jail, Rs. 5,000,000 fine.
  • Every third-party “Pak SIM Data” site is either fabricating results, replaying breach data, or harvesting the CNICs you type in. PTA has already blocked 1,300+ of them.
01

What “Pak SIM Data” actually means

The phrase “Pak SIM Data” is a Pakistani search-behaviour artefact — a term real citizens type into Google to mean, roughly, “please show me who owns this SIM.” The system they are really trying to access is called SVMS: the Subscriber Verification Management System, jointly maintained by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and NADRA. Every biometrically activated SIM in the country sits inside SVMS.

So when someone types “pak sim data check online free” or “pak sim data by number 2026,” the intent splits three ways:

  • How many SIMs are registered on my CNIC? — a legitimate, legal self-check.
  • Who owns this specific SIM in my hand? — legal via one narrow method.
  • Who owns this random stranger’s number? — illegal, and impossible through any legitimate channel.

Pakistan currently has 204.771 million active mobile subscribers as of end-February 2026, according to PTA’s telecom indicators. Every one of those SIMs is tied to a CNIC inside SVMS. Yet not a single one of those records is publicly searchable — which is exactly why the “Pak SIM Data” search-term ecosystem is 99% scam.

The uncomfortable truth: no public Pak SIM Data exists

Here is the sentence that will save you time, money, and possibly a criminal record: PTA has never operated, licensed, or authorized any public “Pak SIM Data” lookup service. Not one. SVMS is a classified government registry. It has zero public API. It cannot be searched by anyone — not you, not journalists, not private investigators — outside these narrow legal windows:

What you CAN legally check

  • Every SIM registered on your own CNIC (SMS 668 or cnic.sims.pk)
  • The SIM currently in your own phone (MNP to 667)
  • The current network serving any number (SMS to 76367)
  • The biometric verification status of your SIM (operator BVS codes)
  • Your own device IMEI against DIRBS (SMS to 8484)

What you CAN’T legally check

  • A stranger’s name from their phone number
  • A stranger’s CNIC from their phone number
  • A stranger’s address, photo, or location
  • Anyone else’s SIM count or history
  • Any “live location” of any SIM anywhere

The moment a “Pak SIM Data” website shows you a stranger’s identity from just their number, one of three things is happening: the result is fabricated, the data was recycled from a years-old NADRA-linked breach, or (most commonly) you have just been added to a CNIC-harvesting database that the site will later resell. Under PECA 2016 Section 16, accepting that result is itself an offence carrying up to 3 years imprisonment and a fine up to Rs. 5,000,000.

If a “Pak SIM Data” site returns anyone’s identity, it isn’t Pak SIM Data — it’s a crime scene.

What SVMS actually stores — the 6 fields

Every SIM’s record inside SVMS contains exactly six categories of information — nothing more, and critically, nothing that leaks to any public lookup:

#FieldContainsPublic exposure
1Mobile numberThe active number assigned to the SIMNever shown in any Pak SIM Data check
2CNIC numberThe 13-digit identity of the registered ownerYou enter it — the system never reveals anyone else’s
3Biometric fingerprintEncrypted match reference to NADRA MBVSNever exposed publicly, ever
4Activation date & timeExact timestamp of successful biometric registrationShown to you only, via cnic.sims.pk
5Network operatorJazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, SCOM, ONICShown per-operator in your 668 reply
6BVS + IMEI pairingVerified / Pending / Flagged status, linked to device via DIRBSChecked separately via operator BVS code

Notice the pattern. Every field is either never public or only visible to the CNIC holder themselves. There is no public window on SVMS at all. That’s why every “Pak SIM Data” site making broader promises is either lying or breaking the law — usually both.

Fake vs real — what “Pak SIM Data” sites claim vs what’s true

Type “pak sim data” into Google right now and you’ll see dozens of results claiming impossible capabilities. Here is exactly what each claim really means.

Claim on “Pak SIM Data” sitesReality
“Search Pak SIM Data by phone number, get full owner details”False. No public SVMS API exists. Any result shown is fabricated or breach-recycled.
“Pak SIM Data check online free — see owner name & CNIC”False. Even free official channels never show a stranger’s name.
“Pak SIM Data 2026 with photo & address”False. Photo and address are never exposed by any legal Pak SIM Data channel.
“Pak SIM Data live tracker — see current SIM location”False. No public live-location tool exists for Pakistani SIMs.
“Download our Pak SIM Data APK — instant fresh 2026 database”False. No legitimate app exists. Most such APKs carry infostealer malware.
“Pak SIM Data update 2026 — latest database”False. There is no “database” to update. Repeated updates just refresh scam claims.
“Verified Pak SIM Data provider since 2019”False. No entity has ever been “verified” by PTA to run such a service.
“Pak SIM Data by CNIC — check anyone’s SIMs”False. You can only check SIMs on your own CNIC.
The real “Pak SIM Data” fraud economyScam sites generate ad revenue from citizens searching this term, then quietly sell the CNICs typed into their forms to fraudsters who use them for unauthorized SIM registration, mobile wallet takeovers, and banking fraud. You are the product being sold — not the customer being served.

The 3-layer architecture behind Pak SIM Data

Understanding why SVMS cannot be publicly searched requires seeing how it’s built. It runs on three tightly coupled layers, each solving a different problem.

Layer 1 — Biometric Verification (BVS)

Since July 2014, every new SIM activation requires a live thumbprint scan matched in real time against NADRA’s MBVS (Multi-Biometric Verification System). Without a successful biometric match, the SIM never activates. This is where Pak SIM Data begins for every SIM in the country.

Layer 2 — SVMS Central Registry

PTA’s classified central registry stores the six core fields for every active connection, synchronised in real time from all licensed operators. This is what people mean when they say “Pak SIM Data.” It is not accessible to the public in any form.

Layer 3 — DIRBS Device Pairing

Each SIM record is paired with the physical device’s IMEI via DIRBS (Device Identification, Registration and Blocking System). This enables PTA to detect non-compliant devices, cloned SIMs, and unusual usage patterns automatically.

The activation sequence, step by step

  1. Customer visits a PTA-authorized franchise with their original CNIC.
  2. Franchise staff enter the CNIC into the biometric terminal.
  3. The customer’s live thumbprint is scanned via a connected biometric device.
  4. The encrypted print is transmitted to NADRA for real-time matching.
  5. On success, the SIM’s SVMS record is created with all six fields.
  6. The SIM activates and appears immediately in the customer’s next 668 or cnic.sims.pk check.

4-stage enforcement — from flag to permanent block

Unverified or fraudulently registered SIMs are not blocked instantly. PTA runs a staged sequence, which since Operation Clean Sweep 3.0 (Feb 2026) can now compress dramatically.

Stage 1 · Flagged

Outgoing disabled, incoming still works

First automated response when a SIM fails a biometric re-verification check. Bill payments and top-ups still work.

Stage 2 · Warning · 30–120 days

Notification SMS sent

PTA sends the registered number a warning SMS with a window to visit a franchise for re-verification before further restriction.

Stage 3 · Suspension · Under Clean Sweep 3.0 — 72 hours

All services cut

No calls, no data, no SMS. Since Feb 2026, Clean Sweep 3.0 can trigger this within 72 hours of a failed biometric check.

Stage 4 · Permanent Block

Deactivated in SVMS · unreversible

The number is permanently deactivated inside SVMS. No operator, official, or court order can reverse this stage.

To restore a suspended SIMVisit your network’s franchise with your original CNIC, undergo a fresh biometric thumbprint scan against NADRA’s database, and your SIM should reactivate within 24 hours on a successful match. This works only up to Stage 3 — Stage 4 is irreversible.

08

The deceased-CNIC blocking wave — real numbers

One of Pakistan’s most exploited fraud patterns is SIM registration on deceased persons’ CNICs — identities nobody is actively monitoring. PTA’s July 2024 – June 2025 enforcement drive targeted this pattern head-on. The results, published in ProPakistani on 2 January 2026, are staggering.

SIMs blocked · July 2024–June 2025 · by CNIC category
Deceased persons’ CNICs3,200,000
Expired CNICs783,000
Cancelled CNICs69,000

Three separate patterns, one root cause: families forget to report deaths, expiries, or cancellations to NADRA. That silence lets a CNIC stay live inside NADRA’s system, which lets fraudsters register SIMs against it — sometimes years after the CNIC holder passed away.

If a family member has passed awayReport the death to NADRA promptly and request formal CNIC cancellation. Separately, visit each operator’s franchise with a death certificate and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) to deactivate any linked SIMs — ideally within 30 days. This one action prevents your family becoming part of next year’s fraud statistics.

PTA and NCCIA enforcement numbers, in one place:

  • 83 illegal SIM-sale websites blocked by PTA in the July 2024–June 2025 enforcement period.
  • 139 SIM-data platforms shut down separately by NCCIA in its 2025 action (Express Tribune, Oct 2025).
  • 1,300+ illegal SIM database sites blocked cumulatively as of PTA’s 2026 enforcement report.

New sites reappear constantly under different domains. This is why understanding the architecture matters more than trusting any individual site’s claims.

Scam-clone domains — the .ga / .cf / .ml warning

Pakistani citizens searching “pak sim data ga” or “pak sim data cf” are landing on a very specific class of scam. These are all Freenom-issued free top-level domains (originally from Gabon, Central African Republic, Mali, and Tokelau) that scammers use because registration is essentially free and hard to trace. Any “Pak SIM Data” service on these TLDs is 100% fake — and PTA cannot even take them down through the normal domain-suspension route.

.gaFake TLD — Gabon .cfFake TLD — Central African Republic .mlFake TLD — Mali .tkFake TLD — Tokelau

Common scam patterns you’ll see on these domains:

  • “Pak SIM Data 2026 free download” APKs that install infostealer malware.
  • “Live tracker pak sim data” websites offering fake GPS lookup.
  • “Pak SIM Data.com” clones with a CNIC entry box that harvests inputs.
  • “Pak SIM Pro” and “Pak SIM Data Pro” fake premium tiers charging for fabricated results.
  • “Pak e Services SIM Data” phishing pages mimicking the real Pak Identity portal.
The only URLs you should ever trustpta.gov.pk · cnic.sims.pk · nadra.gov.pk · id.nadra.gov.pk · dirbs.pta.gov.pk · your operator’s official .com.pk or .pk domain · sim.net.pk. Everything else, on every extension, must earn your trust — and almost none of them will.

Pak SIM Pro, Live Tracker, Pak e-Services — the verdict

Three brand names dominate the fake-Pak-SIM-Data search space. Here’s exactly what each one is, and what to do about it.

Pak SIM Pro Scam

Marketed as a “premium Pak SIM Data” service. Reality: no such premium tier exists anywhere in PTA’s framework. Every “Pak SIM Pro” site is either fabricating results or collecting CNICs. Legal alternative: use free 668 or sim.net.pk.

Live Tracker Pak SIM Data Scam

Promises real-time SIM location tracking. Reality: no legal public live-location tracker exists in Pakistan. Apps carrying this name typically install spyware. Legal alternative: only law enforcement can obtain live location, via court order.

Pak e-Services SIM Data Impersonation

Mimics the branding of NADRA’s Pak Identity (PakID) portal. The real Pak Identity service does not include a public SIM lookup feature. Every “Pak e-Services SIM Data” site is an impersonation. Legal alternative: PakID for CNIC self-service, 668 for SIM count.

“Pak SIM Data 2026 database” Fabrication

No third-party “database” of Pakistani SIM records legally exists. The “2026 update” phrasing is designed to hijack recency searches. Legal alternative: PTA’s SVMS is updated in real time and only visible to the CNIC holder.

“Pak SIM Data check by number” Illegal

The very act of searching for a stranger’s identity from their number is illegal under PECA 2016 Section 16 — up to 3 years jail. Legal alternative: your own CNIC via 668, your own SIM via 667, current network of any number via 76367.

“Pak SIM Data Jazz / Zong / Telenor” Misleading

These sites imply operator-specific databases exist. Reality: every operator syncs to the same central SVMS. Legal alternative: 668 covers all operators in one SMS; individual operator apps show your own account.

Pak SIM Data APK & app downloads — safety guide

“Pak SIM Data APK” is one of the largest single search clusters in this topic. Here is what you actually get when you click “download.”

APK typeWhat it typically doesRisk
“Pak SIM Data APK 2026 latest”Requests SMS & contact permissions on installInfostealer
“Live tracker pak sim data APK”Fakes a GPS map screen; drains battery; forwards contactsSpyware
“Pak SIM Data pro APK free”Displays fabricated results; asks for “premium” paymentFraud + malware
“Pak SIM Data checker online APK”Overlays official-looking form; harvests every CNIC enteredIdentity theft
“Pak SIM Data all networks APK”Shows random operator icons; result screen is scripted, not realFabrication

The only safe rule for Pak SIM Data apps

  • Install only from Google Play or the Apple App Store — never from a link in SMS, WhatsApp, or a Pak SIM Data website.
  • Verify the developer name is your actual operator (My Jazz, My Zong, My Telenor, My Ufone) or a well-known Pakistani telecom brand.
  • Reject any app requesting SMS or contacts permissions for a SIM check — no legitimate SIM tool needs them.
  • Prefer a browser-based tool like sim.net.pk — nothing installs, nothing persists on your device.

Pak SIM Data by CNIC — the legal method

This is the most-searched sub-intent inside the Pak SIM Data topic: “pak sim data cnic,” “pak sim data by cnic,” “pak sim data check cnic number.” Here is the entire legal process, in three variants.

Method A — SMS 668 (fastest)

  1. Open your Messages app on any Pakistani SIM.
  2. Type your 13-digit CNIC — no dashes, no spaces (e.g., 4210112345671).
  3. Send to 668.
  4. Reply arrives in ~30 seconds with a per-operator SIM count.
  5. Cost: about Rs. 2 + tax on most networks.

Method B — cnic.sims.pk (free & printable)

  1. Open cnic.sims.pk in any browser.
  2. Enter your 13-digit CNIC and complete the CAPTCHA.
  3. View a detailed breakdown by network including activation dates.
  4. Print or screenshot for legal records or complaint filings.
  5. Cost: completely free. Works globally.

Method C — RAABTA WhatsApp

  1. Save 0315-0055055 in your contacts as “PTA RAABTA.”
  2. Send “Hi” via WhatsApp.
  3. Follow the menu to Pak SIM Data check.
  4. Enter your CNIC when prompted.
  5. Cost: free (standard WhatsApp data).
Best practiceRun 668 on the 1st of every month. Screenshot the reply with the date visible. That dated record is your legal paper trail if you ever need to prove a fraudulent SIM isn’t yours.

Pak SIM Data by number — what actually works

“Pak SIM Data check by number” and “pak sim data information by number” are searched thousands of times each month. Here is what you can and cannot legally do with just a phone number in your hand.

All 6 operators — codes for your Pak SIM Data

Pakistan has six licensed mobile operators. Every one of them syncs into the same SVMS registry, so a single 668 covers them all. But operator-specific codes still matter for biometric verification and self-service. Note: Telenor merged into PTML on 1 July 2026; existing Telenor SIMs, codes, and numbers still work exactly as before.

8-SIM cap & disowning costs

Two rules govern Pak SIM Data volume and cleanup, both frequently misreported by scam sites hoping to sell “unlock” services.

Max SIMs per CNIC8 total — 5 voice + 3 data-only — across all six operators combined. Supreme Court upheld, 2024.
Fraudulent SIM disowningFree. No fee for removing a SIM you never registered.
Voluntary disowning (your own SIM)Capped at Rs. 200. Any franchise charging more is overcharging.
New-SIM transfer restriction365 days from activation before a SIM can be transferred to another CNIC (effective 24 May 2026).
Overseas Pakistanis facilitySpecial PTA facility helps keep SIMs active while abroad, reducing suspensions between visits.
Business SIMs (NTN)Sit outside the personal 8-SIM cap — registered against a company’s NTN, not a personal CNIC.
Any site claiming a “5 SIM cap” is outdatedSome Pak SIM Data guides still cite the pre-2015 limit. The current legal cap has been 8 total since November 2015, upheld again by the Supreme Court in 2024.

17

PECA 2016 — the legal boundary around Pak SIM Data

PECA (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act) 2016 is the law that draws a hard line between what you can and cannot do with SIM information. Both operators and users of illegal Pak SIM Data services fall inside its reach.

SectionOffenceMaximum penalty
Section 3Unauthorized access to a protected information system3 months / Rs. 100,000 / both
Section 4Unauthorized copying or transmission of data6 months / Rs. 100,000 / both
Section 16Unauthorized use of identity information — the core Pak SIM Data lookup offence3 years / Rs. 5,000,000 / both
Section 17Unauthorized or fraudulent issuance of SIM cards3 years / Rs. 500,000 / both

The phrase doing all the work is “without authorization.” You are fully authorized for your own identity — which is why every legal method on this page is safe. You are never authorized for a stranger’s. And critically, PECA reaches both operators and users of illegal Pak SIM Data services. If you accept results from a fake lookup, you may be inside Section 16 yourself.

When full access is legally granted

For serious crimes — blackmail, financial fraud, death threats, sexual harassment, stalking — the FIA Cyber Crime Wing has direct court-authorized access to the full PTA-NADRA database. If you’re a victim, this is the correct escalation route.

  • Helpline: 1991 (free, 24/7)
  • In person: FIA Cyber Crime Circle offices in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi.
  • Bring: your CNIC, screenshots of calls/messages, any evidence of threats.

Operation Clean Sweep 3.0 — 2026 enforcement wave

PTA’s Operation Clean Sweep 3.0 launched in February 2026 as the most aggressive Pak SIM Data enforcement drive to date. What changed:

  • 72-hour suspension window. A failed biometric re-verification can now trigger Stage 3 (full suspension) within 72 hours — down from the earlier 30–120 days.
  • Automated batch blocking. Millions of SIMs on deceased, expired, and cancelled CNICs are being processed and blocked in coordinated waves rather than case-by-case.
  • Overnight registration ban. No new SIM activations between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM nationwide (effective 19 May 2026) — an anti-fraud measure against roadside touts.
  • 365-day transfer freeze. New SIMs activated on or after 24 May 2026 cannot be transferred to another CNIC for 365 days from activation.
  • 1,300+ illegal lookup sites blocked. Cumulative total per PTA’s 2026 enforcement report, with fresh takedowns weekly.
What Clean Sweep 3.0 means for youWarning SMS deadlines are shorter now. If PTA sends you a re-verification notice, treat it as a same-week priority — not a two-month reminder. Visit your operator’s franchise before the deadline expires, or your SIM will be suspended.

Overseas Pakistanis & special cases

Overseas Pakistanis

Open cnic.sims.pk from any country using your CNIC or NICOP — no Pakistani SIM needed. RAABTA WhatsApp (0315-0055055) also works globally. To disown a SIM from abroad, authorize a trusted family member in Pakistan via a notarized authority letter, since disowning itself requires in-person biometric verification.

Deceased family members

Take the death certificate, the deceased’s CNIC, your own CNIC, and a NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC) to each operator’s franchise. Block, transfer, or disown the SIMs promptly. Separately, cancel the CNIC at NADRA. This directly prevents your family becoming part of the 3.2M-SIM deceased-CNIC statistic.

Minors

A person under 18 cannot hold a SIM in their own name. Any minor’s SIM sits on a parent’s or guardian’s CNIC and counts toward that adult’s 8-SIM cap until the child turns 18 and gets their own CNIC.

Foreign nationals & tourists

Visitors may register up to 2 SIMs against a valid passport + visa or against a POC card. SIM validity is tied to the length of stay. Registration must happen at an operator’s official service centre — never a roadside stall.

Businesses (NTN)

Companies register connections against a National Tax Number, separately from the personal 8-SIM cap. That’s how a business can legitimately hold many active lines.

Pak SIM Data — frequently asked questions

What is Pak SIM Data?

Pak SIM Data is the informal Pakistani term for what PTA officially calls SVMS — the Subscriber Verification Management System. It links every biometrically registered SIM to a verified CNIC. There is no public Pak SIM Data database anyone can search; the system is classified and only self-checks are legal.

How do I check Pak SIM Data online for free?

Open cnic.sims.pk in any browser, enter your 13-digit CNIC, and complete the CAPTCHA. It’s free, works globally, and shows every SIM on your CNIC with activation dates. Alternatively, SMS your CNIC to 668 (~Rs. 2) or use our free SIM Owner Details Checker.

Can I check Pak SIM Data by number?

For the SIM in your own phone, yes — send MNP to 667. For any other number, no. Looking up a stranger’s identity from their number is illegal under PECA 2016 Section 16 and no legitimate service can legally provide it.

Is Pak SIM Data check by CNIC free?

On cnic.sims.pk it is completely free. Via SMS to 668 it costs about Rs. 2 + tax. Via RAABTA WhatsApp (0315-0055055) it is free (standard data only). All three cover the same underlying registry.

Is any Pak SIM Data website legit?

Only cnic.sims.pk is PTA’s official portal. Legitimate third-party tools like sim.net.pk exist for owner-detail checks. Everything else — sites that promise to reveal a stranger’s identity from a phone number — is fake, illegal, or a data-harvesting trap.

Is Pak SIM Data APK safe to download?

No. There is no legitimate “Pak SIM Data” APK. Most such downloads carry infostealer malware, request SMS or contacts permissions, and harvest CNICs. Use only official operator apps (My Jazz, My Zong, My Telenor, My Ufone) from Google Play or the App Store, or a browser-based tool.

What is Live Tracker Pak SIM Data?

Live Tracker Pak SIM Data is a scam category, not a real service. No legal public live-location tracker exists for Pakistani SIMs. Apps and sites marketed as “live tracker pak sim data” typically install spyware or display fabricated map data. Real-time location is only obtainable by law enforcement via court order.

What is Pak SIM Pro?

Pak SIM Pro is marketed as a “premium” Pak SIM Data service, usually charging for advertised features. Reality: no premium tier of SIM data exists anywhere in PTA’s framework. Every “Pak SIM Pro” site or app is fabricating results or harvesting CNICs. Use free 668 or cnic.sims.pk instead.

Are pak sim data .ga, .cf, or .ml sites safe?

No. Those are free top-level domains (originally Gabon, Central African Republic, Mali) commonly used by scammers because they’re free to register and hard to trace. Every “Pak SIM Data” service on these domains is fake and dangerous. Trust only pta.gov.pk, cnic.sims.pk, nadra.gov.pk, official operator .com.pk domains, and vetted tools like sim.net.pk.

Is Pak e-Services SIM Data real?

No. “Pak e-Services SIM Data” mimics the branding of NADRA’s real Pak Identity (PakID) portal, but the real Pak Identity service does not include public SIM lookup. Sites using this name are impersonations. Use PakID at id.nadra.gov.pk for CNIC self-service, and 668 for your Pak SIM Data.

What does “Pak SIM Data check online free” actually return?

On the real portal (cnic.sims.pk), it returns a per-operator count of SIMs registered on your CNIC, plus activation dates. On fake sites it returns fabricated names and CNICs. If the “free” result includes a stranger’s identity, the site is illegal and dangerous.

How many SIMs can be on one CNIC?

A maximum of 8 — 5 voice + 3 data-only — across all six operators combined. This was set by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 5 November 2015 and reaffirmed in 2024. Any Pak SIM Data site claiming a 5-SIM cap is quoting the outdated pre-2015 rule.

What if my Pak SIM Data shows a SIM I never registered?

Screenshot the 668 or cnic.sims.pk result with today’s date, call the operator’s helpline to flag it, visit the franchise with your original CNIC to request “SIM Disowning” (free for fraudulent SIMs), file a PTA complaint at 0800-55055, and secure your bank and wallet accounts. Under Clean Sweep 3.0 you have 365 days to formally disown, but act on the same day you discover it.

Does Pak SIM Data include my name and address?

SVMS stores your name and address internally, but neither is exposed by any legal Pak SIM Data check — even when you check your own CNIC. You see only a per-operator SIM count with dates. Full identity fields are visible only inside NADRA’s internal systems and are never returned by any consumer check.

Can Pak SIM Data show live location?

No. No legal public tool shows any Pakistani SIM’s live location. Apps and sites promising it install spyware, display fake map data, or both. Law enforcement can obtain location data only via court order.

What are the penalties for using an illegal Pak SIM Data service?

Under PECA 2016, unauthorized access to identity information carries up to 3 years imprisonment and a fine up to Rs. 5,000,000. Combined with Section 3 and Section 17 offences, total penalties can reach 7 years jail. The law applies to both operators and users of illegal services.

Can overseas Pakistanis check their Pak SIM Data?

Yes. cnic.sims.pk works from any country using your CNIC or NICOP — no Pakistani SIM needed. RAABTA WhatsApp (0315-0055055) also works globally. For disowning, authorize a family member in Pakistan via a notarized letter, since disowning itself requires biometric verification.

How often should I check my Pak SIM Data?

At minimum quarterly — 1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October. Given the pace of 2026 enforcement, monthly checks via 668 or cnic.sims.pk offer stronger protection. It takes under a minute and is the cheapest identity defence available.

What is RAABTA WhatsApp?

RAABTA is PTA’s official WhatsApp assistant at 0315-0055055, launched in February 2026. It’s menu-driven and free, and it works from any country. Use it for Pak SIM Data checks, IMEI verification, and PTA complaint filing.

What’s the difference between 668 and 667?

668 (send your CNIC) shows every SIM registered on your CNIC across all operators. MNP to 667 shows only the SIM currently in your phone. Use 668 for a full audit, 667 to verify a specific SIM you’re holding.

Is SMS 8300 a Pak SIM Data check?

No. SMS 8300 is primarily the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) voter registration verification tool — not a Pak SIM Data or CNIC status checker. Several online guides incorrectly claim otherwise. For Pak SIM Data, use 668, 667, cnic.sims.pk, or RAABTA.

Does Truecaller show Pak SIM Data?

No. Truecaller is crowd-sourced caller-ID data contributed by other users, not Pak SIM Data records. It’s useful for spotting spam calls but should never be treated as an official Pak SIM Data source.

What’s the cost of disowning a SIM in Pak SIM Data?

Free if the SIM was fraudulently registered. For voluntary disowning of a SIM you knowingly registered, PTA caps the fee at Rs. 200 (since 1 January 2024). Any franchise charging more is overcharging.

What happened to Telenor Pakistan in July 2026?

Telenor Pakistan formally ceased to exist as a separate legal entity on 1 July 2026, fully merging into Pak Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), which also operates Ufone. Your existing Telenor SIM, number, codes, and Pak SIM Data record remain fully valid — only the corporate ownership changed.

Is a Pak SIM Data “2025” or “2026 database” newer than 2024?

There is no dated Pak SIM Data “database” you can download. SVMS is a live real-time registry updated the moment a SIM activates. Sites labelled “Pak SIM Data 2026” are using year modifiers to hijack recency searches — the underlying claim is still fake.

Who has full legal access to Pak SIM Data records?

Only the FIA Cyber Crime Wing, under formal court authorization, for serious crimes like blackmail, financial fraud, threats, harassment, or stalking. Report to FIA helpline 1991 or the NCCIA cyber helpline 1799. No private service, website, or app has this access.
