Overview

PAK SIM NETWORKS (sim.net.pk) is an independent consumer awareness resource. Our sole purpose is to help Pakistanis understand the two official, PTA-recognised methods to check which SIM cards are registered against their own CNIC — and to warn against fraudulent services built around that same confusion.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (or, more accurately, do not collect), how this website operates, and what your rights are as a visitor.

Plain-language summary: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising. Visiting this site leaves no data trail with us.

We are not affiliated with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), NADRA, or any telecom operator. We do not operate as a data processor or data controller in the commercial sense — because we simply do not process visitor data.

02

No Personal Data Collected

PAK SIM NETWORKS does not collect, request, store, or process any personally identifiable information about its visitors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Names, CNIC numbers, or national identity information
  • Mobile phone numbers or SIM-related data
  • Email addresses or contact details
  • IP addresses or device identifiers
  • Location data of any kind
  • Browsing behaviour or interaction history

There are no sign-up forms, user accounts, comment sections, newsletters, or any mechanism through which you could submit personal information to us — intentionally or otherwise.

Important: We strongly caution you against entering your CNIC, phone number, or any personal details into any third-party website that claims to offer SIM verification. The only safe channels are the two official PTA-recognised methods described on our site.

03

No Cookies or Tracking Technologies

This website does not use cookies of any kind — session cookies, persistent cookies, or third-party cookies.

We also do not use:

  • Web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or similar tools)
  • Advertising networks or remarketing pixels
  • Social media tracking scripts or embedded widgets
  • Fingerprinting or behavioural profiling technologies
  • Any other form of passive data collection

Your visit to PAK SIM NETWORKS (sim.net.pk) is entirely private from our end. We have no record of who visits, when, or from where.

04

Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to official external resources, including:

  • PTA’s official website and Complaint Management System
  • The cnic.sims.pk portal (the official PTA self-check portal)
  • Telecom operator help pages (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone)
  • NADRA’s official web presence

These are independent websites with their own privacy policies. Once you leave PAK SIM NETWORKS (sim.net.pk) by following one of these links, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any site you visit, including official government portals.

We do not link to, endorse, or receive any compensation from third-party “SIM data” lookup services — and we actively warn against them.

05

Children’s Privacy

PAK SIM NETWORKS is a public awareness resource intended for adult Pakistanis who hold a valid CNIC. It is not directed at children under 18 years of age.

Because we collect no personal data from anyone, we also collect no personal data from children. No account creation, form submission, or data input of any kind is possible on this site.

06

Information We Publish

While we do not collect visitor data, this policy also covers the nature of the content we publish — because that directly affects your privacy as a Pakistani citizen.

Every piece of guidance published by PAK SIM NETWORKS is limited to helping you verify your own CNIC against your own SIM registrations, using channels that PTA itself publishes and endorses. We do not:

  • Publish methods to look up another person’s CNIC or SIM details
  • Publish or facilitate access to SIM ownership databases
  • Sell, broker, or link to paid “SIM data” or number-tracing services
  • Reproduce or aggregate data from any telecom operator’s systems

Our editorial stance on privacy is simple: the right to verify your own identity data is yours alone. We exist to help you exercise that right through legitimate, official means — and to warn you away from services that exploit that need.

07

Your Rights

Because PAK SIM NETWORKS does not collect any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. Standard data subject rights — access, rectification, erasure, portability — are inherently satisfied by our decision not to collect data in the first place.

There is no personal data held about you by PAK SIM NETWORKS, and therefore no data access, correction, or deletion request is necessary or possible.

08

Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to this Privacy Policy — for example, if we add any new feature that involves data collection — we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and revise the content accordingly.

Our commitment is that we will never introduce any form of personal data collection without clearly and prominently disclosing it here first. The current position, as of the date shown above, is that we collect nothing.
